Who is responsible for your data

The person responsible is Maity Rincón Reinberg, clinical psychologist (Federation of Psychologists of Venezuela, license N° 17855), with an office at Calle 64 between Av. 3E and Av. 3F, Maracaibo, Venezuela. You can write to psicomaityrincon@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +58 424 628 7530.

What data is requested

In the forms to book or write: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp if you choose to give it, reason for your visit, format (online or in person) and the message you write.

In the psychological tests: your answers, your name and your email, to send you the result. If you are not a patient yet, Maity may write to offer you a first session; only your name, your email and the date of the test are used for that, never your answers.

In blog comments: the name, the comment and, if you choose to give it, your email, which is not published.

Also, how you arrived: the page of the site, the language and, if you came through an ad or a campaign link, its tags (UTM). It is kept only during your visit and travels with the form you send; it helps to know which paths bring more people to the practice.

What it is used for

Only to reply to you, arrange your first session, send you the result of a test and follow up on your process if you decide to start therapy. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored and who sees it

It is stored in the practice management system, over an encrypted connection, on Supabase and Netlify servers. Emails are sent with Resend. The anti robot check is done by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Only Maity Rincón has access to your information. The technical team that maintains the system may have technical access, always under confidentiality. Clinical session notes are stored encrypted.

How long it is kept

For as long as it is needed to handle your request or your therapy process, and as required by professional practice rules. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to psicomaityrincon@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. I usually reply the same day, Monday to Friday.

Cookies

If you accept them in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4, by Google, to know how many people visit the site, where they come from (search engines, social networks or links with campaign tags), which pages they read, the device type and the approximate country. Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies in your browser for up to 2 years.

We send no health data to Google: for the tests it only records that the tests section was visited, never which test or any result, and for forms only that one was sent, never what you wrote. It is not used for advertising and Google does not store your IP address. Google may process this data outside your country under its terms.

If you reject or do not answer, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is saved in this browser (mr-cookies) for 12 months and you can change it at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Apart from that, the site stores preferences in your browser, such as light or dark mode, your language or whether you turned on the soft music. It uses no advertising cookies.
